Return Process

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.
- 3.Generate Shipping Label
Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download and print your prepaid return shipping label.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 10 working days of receipt.
